- International teams arrive
Saturday (Veterans Day)
- Domestic teams arrive in the morning
- 1:45pm - Get armband for access to exhibit hall at EAC desk - MANDATORY
- 2:00pm - Safety briefing - MANDATORY
  - Bring posters to this meeting
  - Teams can start to set up their hardware after the safety briefing, but not before
- After Briefing - Teams begin setup
  - This is Veterans day, Freeman will not be available to provide tools or move anything on this day.
- 4:30pm - 5:30pm - Students@SC orientation @ Room 607 - MANDATORY
- 5:30pm - 7:00pm Students@SC mixer @ Lucky Strike - MANDATORY
Sunday
- 9:00am - Committee meets with teams
- Teams continue to set up their hardware
- Conference Engagement Option
  - 10:30am - 12:00pm, Student Résumé Workshop @ room 703. For each person attending this workshop,
    please have a copy of your resume from before the workshop, and a copy of your changed resume
    based on the material in the workshop, available for judging.
  - 3:30pm - 5:00pm, Building Your Professional Persona Workshop @ room 703
- 12:30pm - 1:15pm Team photos (all team members and advisor must be present) - MANDATORY
- 2:00pm - Group photo - MANDATORY; invite vendor partners/advisors
Monday

- 9:30am - Benchmarking begins - runs finish at 5:30pm
  - These runs are used to determine the "Highest Linpack" Award and scoring for HPCG/Linpack in the overall scoring.
- 3:30pm - 5:00pm Mentor-Protege Mixer @ Four Seasons Ballroom - if you RSVP’d
- 5:30pm - Benchmarking finishes
- 6:00pm - Booth cleanup for opening of Exhibit floor
- 7:00pm - Exhibit floor opens
  - Must have two students in the booth at all times during exhibit hours.
- 7:30pm - Student Cluster Competition Opening Ceremony
  - Opening by the SC17 general chair
  - Mystery app revealed
  - The competition will run non-stop until Wednesday at 5:00pm.
